Shipping Policy - the basics

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Please allow longer processing times during peak teaching season. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Delays
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
